Victress Elkhorn is more than a workout. It’s a women-only space built to help you feel supported, capable, and confident, no matter your starting point. Our training is intentional and thoughtfully designed for every stage of the female life cycle, from beginner to seasoned athlete. You’ll be coached with clear form instruction, smart modifications, and progressive programming that meets you where you’re at. Here, we Empower, Educate, and Entertain while building real strength, and a community that supports you physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Group Class Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – 5 & 6am, 9 & 10am with childcare, Noon, 4:30 & 5:30pm
Thursdays – 10am with childcare, Noon
Fridays – 5 & 6am, 9 & 10am with childcare, Noon, 4:30pm
Saturday – 9am
Young Athletes
